Returns

Return Policy
  • Return shipping costs are 100% free. 
  • Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of shipping, including remorse returns.
  • In the event you no longer want an item and wish to return it, item(s) must be received in new condition with their shrink wrap still intact for a full refund.
  • Any items returned opened, used, damaged, or otherwise not in new condition may be subject to a variable refund deduction depending on the state of the item(s) up to 50%.
  • When returning an item, make sure to pack it properly to help prevent damage in transit.
  • Refunds will not be issued until we have received your return and inspected it. This process can take up to 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or store credit for the cost at time of purchase. 
  • The maximum time frame of issuing a refund depends on your customer's bank's ability to process refunds for orders after a long period of time. We can usually issue a refund up to 120 days. We will issue a store gift-card in the event we are unable to process a refund for a cancellation back to your original payment method.

No Refund or Return Items
  • All original shipping costs are non-refundable unless canceled prior to shipping.
  • Imperfect and Clearance item sales are final and non-returnable except in the following circumstances: received damaged, wrong item, or doesn't match description.

Damaged, Wrong Item, Doesn't Match Description
  • Faulty item returns include damaged items or delivery, wrong item(s) received, or item(s) don't match the description. 
  • Very minor shelf scuffing, accidental nicks, bends, and similar are not considered damaged for the purposes of return classification. Not all books are shipped to us from the publisher in 100% perfect condition and so some imperfections are considered tolerable and normal. 
  • Items with more moderate to severe imperfections are sold under their own listings with details and photos. 
  • We reserve the right to request additional documentation or photos to support your faulty return request. 
  • In lieu of a refund, you may request a replacement (if able) or equivalent exchange at no additional shipping cost to you. 
  • If we request additional information or documentation, please allow up to 2 business days for a response or determination. 
  • Return requests will be denied if we request additional information and do not hear back from you within 5 business days. In the event your request is denied due to non-response, you may open up a new one within the 30 day return timeframe. 
  • Refunds, replacements, and exchanges will be issued once we have received your return and inspected it. This process can take up to 2 business days.

Order Shipped but Not Received
  • Please check your tracking information if you have not received your order.
  • If your order is still showing in transit and is past the estimated delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier first. We cannot assist with orders stuck in transit. 
  • If your order has been confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, please start a return or contact us.
  • If your order is showing as not having been received by the carrier from us and it has been several days you may contact us or start a return.
  • We do issue refunds for shipping costs on orders that have been lost in shipment and are approved. 
  • We do not issue refunds for orders that are shown as delivered by the shipping carrier's tracking information. Please make sure to confirm your shipping address when placing an order to ensure accurate delivery. 
  • If tracking information shows delivered and you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier.
  • In lieu of a refund, you may request a replacement (if able) or equivalent exchange at no additional shipping cost to you. 

How Do I Request a Return?
  • Visit our returns center.
  • Enter your order number and email address to start your return.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and instructions.
  • Once a refund has been initiated, it may take up to 3-5 business days to credit your account depending on your bank or card policies.
